Indicate different position types, such as an assistant, coordinator or a joint-manager.
Custom positions are preserved between data re-loads. Uploading a new data sheet when using an Excel based chart or when the chart refreshes from Entra ID will not impact the custom positions.
Place the chart in Edit Mode (CTRL+E).
Open the context menu of the person you wish to define as a custom position.
Select or deselect the position type from the menu.
From the Actions menu, select Custom positions.
Create, edit or delete custom positions in the table.
