Print your oranization chart to PDF, image or SVG.

Accessing the Print Dialog

The print dialog is accessed from the Command Bar. Clicking the 'Print' icon opens the options dialog.

Printing your Chart

The print dialog is accessed from the Command Bar. Clicking the 'Print' icon opens the options dialog.

After opening the dialog you can select the page size and orientation, enter a title and some additonal notes or simply press Export to generate the report.

The print feature supports three different formats:

  • PDF: Export is a PDF document.
  • Image: Export is a PNG graphic.
  • SVG: Export is a SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic).

Once printed you can distribute your organization chart or embed it within another application, for example Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.

Printing a Multi-Page Chart Report

1. Accessing the Reports Page

Clicking the 'Reports' link in the Navigation Bar access the reports page. From here you can select a starting postion, define the number of levels of the organization you wish to process and set the page orientation.

2. Generating the report

Clicking 'Generate Report' will start the report generation process. TeamOrgChart will 'Walk' the organizational hierarchy and generate a series of chart views.

The 'Merge Charts' option will reduce the number of individual pages by combining smaller charts onto a single page.

3. Download

Press 'Download PDF' to receive a PDF copy of the report.
